We DO NOT disclose any of the information we collect as described herein to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
We DO disclose non public information (excluding your personal private information) to the various Real Estate Agents involved in any purchase transaction through our Loan Status Tracking system. The progress of your loan application through the various stages of processing are sent by email to these agents to keep them updated as to the status of your loan file. No personal private information is sent- but rather the dates items were requested and received by our office. (ie, appraisal, titlework, verifications etc.)
